Sadly it got removed (or more likely is hidden) from Steam in my country.
You should get a Steam-Key with the Patreon-Tier "Master of the elements" for 150 $/month. But I descided for myselfe this is to expensive.

The only distribution platform seems to be steam and you cannot buy it there in Germany so probably not a priority.
