FULL ANIMATION PACK and DIGITAL ARTBOOK download link won't work
So I bought the full package. Including the full animation package. But it won't open up or download. Any advice on how to fix it? I'm using my mobile phone.
having an issue when trying to install the full animation pack, windows 11 pc. any ideas?

its because downloading the zip, the server must have lost connection. im not sure,because http range header message possibly means the itch.io port may be impossible to connect with. try to connect with a lan cable,or there is a possible problem with your wifi. in that case im saying that you may use chatgpt to change some settings. if it doesnt work,i have no idea. it may be the fact that the http header for the downloads doesnt work,but the only solution possible in that case is report the exact error message to itch.io or the author of the game and wait
some wifi routers or hotspot cant get on/download from not secure sites(HTTP). in that case try using a different connection,then when you downloaded you can switch back to your usual one. else you can simply try to change your connection settings,but it is not always possible. if nohing of what i previously said works,im lost. try using a vpn or stuff,but if nothing of what i said works,i doubt this one does
It says its not compatible with my Android its a samsung 24 ultra for reference any advice?

cause there are some android versions that actually dont support some html files and java thingy. you can still change phone or try updating android.

On Mac it says the app can't be opened? Is there a way to fix this?
first of all be sure you are using "The Unarchiver", after that there are 2 ways possible depending on your mac version:
A. (13 and earlier): Right Click to the app -> Click Command + "Open" and there should be an option "Open Anyway".
B. (14 and later): Right Click to the app -> Click "Open" -> Go to Settings -> Go "Privacy & Security" -> Go down and you will see and button for the app "Open Anyway", Click it -> Choose "Open Anyway" -> Write your Mac password or face recognition/fingerprint. The game will be opened
I can't seem to get the open anyway prompt, I have Mac version 13
I am not the developer therefore I have no knowledge more than I gave. There is also a possibility that the documents damaged, I'll try and give feedback about it
